What is PolyVoiceCompanion?

PolyVoiceCompanion (PVC) is a voice-first platform for teams whose important information starts as conversation. It captures what is said, keeps related context together, and turns it into a clear, structured draft for an authorized person to review.

The four steps

1. Capture - record a conversation, a live multilingual exchange, a client's own update or a home visit report.
2. Connect - bring related sessions, updates and attachments together in one case, so the full picture is in one place.
3. Structure - PVC organizes the spoken input into a structured draft, such as a clinical note or a visit record, shaped by your templates.
4. Review - an authorized professional reviews, corrects and approves the draft before it becomes part of the record.
